What CVA Firearms America collects
When you place an order, we collect your name, billing address, email, phone number and the name and address of your chosen FFL dealer. When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email and message. Our site also uses cookies to keep your cart working and to remember that you’re signed in.
How we use it
We use your details to process and ship your order, to send your firearm to your FFL dealer, to answer your messages and to meet our legal record-keeping duties. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for advertising networks.
Who we share it with
We share only what’s needed: shipping details with the carrier, your name and order with your FFL dealer, and payment details with the payment processor you pick. We may share information with authorities when the law requires it.
Payments
Card and bank details are handled by the payment provider. Cryptocurrency payments go through the wallet address shown at checkout. We don’t store full card numbers on our site.
Cookies
We use cookies that WooCommerce needs to run the cart, checkout and your account. We don’t use advertising cookies. If you decline cookies in the banner, the store still works, but your cart may not be saved between visits. This privacy policy covers this site only, not the sites we link to.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as the law requires for firearm sales and tax purposes. Contact messages are deleted when they’re no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold, unless we have to keep it by law. Email sales@cvafirearmsamerica.com and we’ll reply within 30 days. You can also clear cookies in your browser at any time, though your cart may stop working.
Children
This store is for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS, and admin access is limited. No system is perfect, so tell us right away if you think your account has been misused.
