The terms that apply when you buy from CVA Firearms America.
Using CVA Firearms America
By placing an order with CVA Firearms America, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 to buy a rifle or shotgun, and you must be legally allowed to own the firearm where you live. It’s your job to check federal, state and local laws before you buy.
Orders and FFL transfers
Every firearm ships to a licensed FFL dealer that you name at checkout. Your dealer completes the transfer, including any background check your state requires. If the dealer can’t transfer the firearm to you, contact us and we’ll work out a return to us.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice, but the price at checkout is the price you pay. We accept card, bank transfer and cryptocurrency. Cryptocurrency payments get 15% off. Orders over $99 ship free. Military, veteran and law enforcement discounts are given by code.
Stock
We keep listings in stock and update them regularly. If something sells out after you order, we’ll tell you and offer a refund or a similar model.
Returns
Contact us within 14 days of pickup if your item is unused and in its original packaging. Firearm returns must go back through an FFL dealer. Used firearms can’t be returned unless they’re faulty. Faulty items are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, and we’ll help you with the claim.
Product information
We work hard to keep specifications, photos and prices accurate. Manufacturers sometimes change details like stock colors, scope models or barrel finishes without notice. If what arrives differs in a way that matters to you, contact us before the transfer and we’ll sort it out. These terms and conditions apply together with our privacy policy.
Liability
Firearms are dangerous if misused. Follow safe handling rules and the manufacturer’s manual, and use the correct ammunition or powder charge for your rifle or muzzleloader. We aren’t responsible for misuse, modifications or illegal use.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order. Big changes will be noted at the top of the page.
