CVA Muzzleloaders

Choosing a CVA muzzleloader

The CVA Wolf Muzzleloaders are the budget break actions. The CVA Optima Muzzleloaders add a quick-release breech plug and stainless or nitride barrels. The CVA Accura Muzzleloaders use Bergara barrels in 26 inch (MR-X) and 30 inch (LR-X) lengths. The CVA Paramount Muzzleloaders are bolt-action long-range in-lines with a 1:22 twist.

50 caliber is the most common bore and has the widest choice of bullets. 45 caliber shoots flatter with the right bullet and is popular with long-range muzzleloader hunters. Northwest models are set up for states such as Idaho, Oregon and Washington.
